Craft & Commercial Booths

Booth Set Up Information

This year all booths, inside and outside the tent, will be 10 x 10 spaces only. Prices for a half space are $50.00, single craft booth in the Big Tent will be $100.00 and a double space (very limited) will be $200.00. Spaces outside the Craft Tent will be $100.00 per 10’ x 10’ space. We regret having to raise prices, but this is the first time in over 15 years.

Set up for all booths is on Thursday after 6:00 PM or Friday Morning before 10 AM - Security will be provided in the large craft tent after 10:00 PM Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

All booths should be set up completely by 10:00 AM on Friday and remain open during stated hours.

NO BUY - SELL Items are allowed in any craft booths! If the Committee discovers that these items are being sold you will be required to remove them and you may be disqualified from continuing the current show and all future Honey Festivals. Exhibitors will be responsible for providing their own display materials including tables, chairs, and additional lighting if desired.

Additional Lighting Recommended.

Show hours are:
Friday 10 AM - 11 PM;
Saturday 10 AM - 10 PM;
Sunday 10AM - 6 PM.

Security will be provided at night under the large craft tent - from 10 PM Thursday until 10 AM Friday; from 10 PM Friday until 10 AM Saturday; from 10 PM Saturday until 10 AM Sunday. Only general security will be provided by the Jackson Police Department to the spaces outside the large craft tent: you are welcome to park a van or car near the booth at night if space permits.

Exhibitors' Responsibilities

Each exhibitor must check in at the information booth before setting up their booth. Badges are required for each exhibitor in each booth and must be worn during all hours of the festival. No one will be allowed into the craft tent when it is closed without their badge.

Each booth is required to have a sign listing their Craft or Business Name and Address; or their own Name and Address (City and State).

More information is available in the Craft and Commercial Application downloads.
